This service satisfies the requirement of ISO-9000 and QS-9000 for annual performance validation. This includes technical phone support, one routine preventative maintenance visit scheduled in advance.
The scheduled visit includes all travel cost (time and expenses) and up to eight hours of on-site labor. Replacement and consumable parts are invoiced at normal rates.
Other service visit are invoice at normal rates, except labor is discounted 5%.
Response time for instrument down service calls has higher priority than per call customers.
